Refacing Process:
1. Deck Guru deck professional will determine whether your deck project qualifies for a Deck Makeover package during initial estimate .
2. After the contract is signed, you will be contacted by our scheduling team and be placed on the schedule for construction
3. Carefully remove all old decking boards and rails without damaging decking frame
4. Additional 7 point subframe inspection
5. Replacement of any damaged / rotten frame members
6. Installation of new decking materials on the floor using hidden fasteners or traditional screws
7. Installation of new chosen railing system
